Whether you are new to advising student publications, need graduate credit or just want to brush up your journalism teaching concepts, the adviser workshops are for you. Advisers from across the country come together to learn key journalism skills from experienced instructors. Advisers also get hands-on experience and learn applicable proficiencies they will use in the classroom on a daily basis. You can attend classes for one or two weeks and earn up to six graduate credit hours.
