At each of our Journalism Days, we offer contests for secondary school journalism programs. Each fall, we receive more than 150 entries for our Junior High J-Day Contests. For our 2009 High School J-Day, we received more than 1,000 contest entries from schools in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio.

Not coming to J-Day? No problem. You can still enter student work into the J-Day contests. For schools not coming to J-Day, there is a slight fee increase per contest entry. We want to be able to recognize and offer constructive comments for all school publications, even if they are not able to make it to J-Day.
